It was April last year when I received a message asking if I can do a literary journal. Most of the time I am preoccupied with plenty of historical publications on hand, and I thought this would be a good departure from the usual stuff that I do. A year and a half later, after countless meetings and several different projects in between, we produced the maiden issue of Luna Journal. It is a collection of new Filipino writings of poems, short stories, and essays. Born out during the pandemic when the future was unknown, Luna shapes in the ambiguity of our life experiences in the form of writing. Where it draws the comfort and courage to continue even in life's uncertainty.
